If you want the best experience for the Biggest Loser, choose to work with a trainer.  The groups (Totally Committed) allow you to work under a trainer and become a team with the other people in your group...all of you with the same goal to lose weight!


Don't worry if you feel you are "too out of shape", YOU CAN DO THIS and our trainers can get you there and we support you every step of the way.
