We are very excited to start the Winter 2024 edition of the Biggest Loser!
Make sure you read thoroughly and understand what you should be doing! There is a lot of information, so please do not hesitate to ask any questions.

We are very excited to start the Winter 2024 edition of the Biggest Loser!
Make sure you read thoroughly and understand what you should be doing! There is a lot of information, so please do not hesitate to ask any questions.
To recap for everyone in the contest:
- 3 check-ins per week. That starts THIS week (week of Nov. 4th). You should all have your yellow tracker sheet and be bringing them in for the Front Desk to initial.
- Food journals - Everyone should be starting their food journals NOW. Go to www.MYFITNESSPAL.COM to get set up.
- Weigh-ins: Everyone should have weighed in yesterday. Your next official weigh-in will be next week (Week 2 listed in your Tracker). Remember, if you miss a weigh in for any reason other than vacation, your weigh percentage will show as 0%.
- You will set up your Food Journal through myfitnesspal.com. Each week your journal will be viewed. Tips and information will be distributed to the group each week. Individual notes will not be given out.
- Under "Settings", make sure nutrients tracked include sodium and fiber. Then change Diary Sharing to "Friends Only". After that is complete you will ask to friend Erin Faught (efrantz19) so she can see your diary. Make sure you email Erin at [email protected] and let her know what your username is.
- You will weigh in on your own time each week. You can write your weight the designated sheet in the Biggest Loser Box, have any staff member initial, and leave it in the box outside the Fitness Office downstairs (labeled Biggest Loser box). Remember to weigh in without shoes. Weights must be received by Sunday of each week - NO EXCEPTION.
- All classes start the week of Nov. 4th (except Monday classes, Monday classes start Nov. 11th.). You will always meet at the scale downstairs. You will not weigh in this week but starting next week, get there a few minutes early, shoes off, and be prepared to weigh in.
- If you are in the more than one class, you can choose to weigh in one class or both. We will take the lower of the two weights each week if you do both.
- Bring your food journal to hand in to your trainer STARTING THE FIRST WEEK OF THE CONTEST. There is a 25-burpee penalty for not having your journal at class time.
- If you are working with more than one trainer, choose one trainer to give your journal to but let Erin know.
- Make sure you have your trainer initial your yellow sheet that you were in attendance for class.
- Make sure you know when you will be training with your trainer.
- You will weigh in and give your food journal to your trainer each week at the designated training time.
