Welcome To Week 6!
I love this saying. It is so true! There are many conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol that can be prevented or at least brought to a more moderate issue. So, why not do the best you can NOW to better your chances of reducing your risk for these serious and sometime fatal diseases? Many of you wrote on your self reflection challenges that health was a main factor in why you joined this contest. Don't kick yourself later for not doing what you could do TODAY! Its been wonderful to see changes in food journals, exercise frequency and even variety of exercise. These are all contributing to staving off these horrible conditions. For those of you going strong, keep it up! For those of you starting to lose some focus, get back on this journey with us!
